This Fido is in the sheper-yonge center ground floor, and one of their employee can speak mandarin, which is nice

Customer Service at this particular store is exceptional. We were having a stressful day trying to set up new home internet with Fido, and in the midst of frustrating phone calls with the company. The service representatives at this store went out of the way to offer us water and ensure that our modem was successfully registered to our account. Their kindness and efforts went a long way and were much appreciated!

I called in to see if they have iphone I was looking for which I was informed by a Fido agent to do so. I asked politely what I was looking for, one lady just answered with frustration, very rudely, that's discontinued then hung up on me with no hesitation. She immediately blocked my phone number as you can see from the photo. They close at 7. Worst customer service 🧢

I like to go to this location because staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I mostly like Ahmad’s service. Highly recommend him guys!!!!
