Walked in and as posted in previous reviews girl at desk barley said hello, pointed me in direction of shower supplies, looked around saw two other employees, neither offered to help or even speak for that matter. Can see why no other customers were in store.
This review is about the corporate fool who implemented their new phone system. All calls go to a call center then you must punch one for this two for that..it's absolutely stupid. I can only assume the corporate CEO is an accountant with no customer service experience.
Went looking for bathroom fixtures, lighting walked in girl sitting at a desk would barely say hello. Didn't really want to get up and help us. It was kind of healthy selfie so we left
I am remodeling a house from top to bottom from inside to outside. I went in looking for a little bit of everything. Sales people must not be on commission because they were not helpful or friendly! Someone else will appreciate my business.
My Dad and I came here a year ago spend about $1000 And service great! But we came today looking for a part and just plain rude! I’m not Easily offended but there’s no need to be that rude to customers! I’m making sure my hole company and sisters comapanies never buy any thing here aging!
