I was lucky enough to meet Brianna Chagolla in the Houston location. She has been an invaluable asset to our many projects. She was extremely helpful and always quick to reply. Five Stars for Brianna for sure!

After a few disasters of trying to replace our master bath toilet using two other companies in town - toilets showing up cracked or lost in transit. We finally contacted Ferguson in Katy, TX. Ejaz walked me through the various dimensions, asked the right questions. Ultimately I was able to get the brand I wanted. The best part was the flawless delivery by Ferguson home delivery. My only regret was not contacting Ferguson first.

Alexandra was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish with choosing things for our house. She was always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will for sure come back to see Alexandra whenever we do any more house updates.

Oh my goodness!!!! What a bad experience…. Ordered four light fixtures in the showroom. Waited couple of weeks for them to show up at my home address. First issue Salesperson even though I repeated it for him numerous times and finally showed him my drivers license with the address on it. The address was put in incorrectly. Was a nightmare locating the four packages with wrong house number with UPS. Then finally get them home and they have. Cosmetic damage🙈 I will tell you Ferguson’s return policy is absolutely insane… Never, never buy anything from these people. You will live too regret it…

Excellent, high quality lines of bath, kitchen and lighting. Knowledgeable staff. It's our go to place for these items. Great selection of kitchen appliances, faucets for kitchen and bathroom.

I called yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes. The receptionist said someone would call me back. No one did. I called back today. Waited on hold for 10 minutes until I got a message saying "press 1 for a call back." I did that. Someone called me back approximately 30 minutes later. I gave him the information to check on my order, and he put me on hold for 30 minutes. He didn't come back to say "still working on it." After 32 minutes the call disconnected. Two solid afternoons trying to reach an actual person to check on my order. I am an actual customer, not a prospective one. I really wish I wasn't. I will not use this business again. They make their web site complicated. The design agents are too busy and what's in the showroom doesn't match easily watches online--for those customers who can be self-sufficient. This is unacceptable. I don't care how busy they are. I am actually a patient person. If the guy had come back to check in on me, I would be much less angry. Basic customer service 101.

10/29/21 The two stars I can give this place is because the receptionist did a nice job greeting me and the nice lighting selection. I walked around for about 20 minutes with not one person asking me if I needed any help. It was interesting because three ladies in the center back of the store had all the time in the world to talk to one another. The first time I walked near them, one sales lady was sharing about how she wanted a full bathroom installed in her own home in the garage. The toilet part of her story was great as she didn’t want to have to take up the flooring and what not. I kept looking around, taking pictures of things I liked, and hoping someone would at least offer help. Unfortunately, no help, no smile, no nothing. I made another loop around the store. Came back to take a few more pics where the three ladies were still talking about the million dollar houses that they all seemed to want. I was thinking surely a second time around would do the trick, but no, I couldn’t be so lucky. As I left, the receptionist stopped her conversation and said are you doing ok ma’am. I said yes and walked out the door. Me and my money walked out the door to the next place that will hopefully at least try to sell me something! I guess I could have yelled “take my money” in the middle of the store but even then I don’t know if that would have even gotten their attention! I can only imagine the revenue lost in this store when one stove I looked at was $14,000. Very interesting visit. Hoping they make improvements and will start to help customers like me who are ready to buy.

My salesman was busy with his previous customer and I waited over 25 minutes until I got a different salesperson. She did a great job. My salesperson told me that the best way to get in contact with her was to just email her. Well, I've left my sales person a couple of emails asking questions about my choices when I was there almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back from her. I guess they don't really want my business.
