The other reviews about poor customer service was right. I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews before using this office. Heading to an oral surgery appointment and they canceled 20 minutes before the appointment time. They never returned any of my calls for weeks regarding compensation for lost time until it was too late to cancel their next appointment and I couldn’t get my $100 deposit back. The office staff was as rude as they say. Basically, I paid $100 to never deal with them again. Wish that I can give negative stars.

I was looking for a 24 hour dentist and came across them. Unfortunately, their 24 hour is for existing patients however, I was scheduled an emergency appointment the next morning. The staff and Dr. Patel was wonderful. Dr. Patel took the time to explain my options and was very pleasant. Before and during my procedure he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I would definitely refer Dr. Patel to everyone that’s looking for a dentist to this facility!!

"I would recommend that nobody uses you based on how I was treated." Reasoning behind this statement: I was in need of an Endodontist and made an appointment with Fayetteville Smiles. I learned to ask specific questions when asking to make an appointment to ensure there was a clear understanding when I called. Do you accept **** insurance and are you considered in or out of their network? Are you accepting new patients? Do you do root canal treatment on xx tooth? Ect... My answers were accepted and my work was scheduled 2 weeks from that call. I was called 3 days before the appointment date where they told me that the Endodontist was not accepting new patients and that they have to cancel my appointment. When I explained I specifically asked that question, and was told they were. The response was that the person who scheduled me worked in multiple offices and made the mistake for that one. I can accept mistakes happen. Why did it take so long to realized the mistake? Not have me waste 10 days out of the 14 day appointment time! How about some customer service on recommending another Endodontist office or own up to the fact you made the mistake and would make it right based on the timing... I am in pain and this was their treatment of a person! It is good you are not accepting new patients. I would recommend that nobody uses you based on how I was treated. It was not right. Speaking to about 20 local dentist offices trying to find another option, they all agree that was not right. I gave them your name. I hope it means less referrals in the future.

Thanks for referring me to another dentist that does inhouse partials. Unfortunately both of my partials was made awful. Thanks to Dr Patel for noticing that and offering my refund to be returned and claims reversed for my partial work, and because Of that, I am rating this location with 5 stars. I also would like to Thank Alecia for having Excellent Customer Service. Thank you!😁

I had an amazing appointment today @Fayetteville Smiles. Dr. Patel was everything I could hope for, kind, patient, attentive to my concerns, funny, professional (he explained everything very thoroughly and consistently made sure I was comfortable). Then there was Josh, he's the representative that came in to tell me how much I would have to pay verses what my insurance would cover(Everyone hates that guy right?) WELL NOT me, he was a little extra but in a great way because Dentist offices are intimidating and a bit stuffy to me but his little bit of extra was Fun, his personality brought my anxiety down and I really appreciated him for just being himself. I don't write reviews but this time I had to, the staff was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend. Thank you all so much-see ya in 3 months
