Lady at the counter is very nice and efficient to deal with. I don't know why so many reviews are trashing her, but she is very professional and even funny. I don't have big orders, but when an issue came up, she was prompt to help and made it right. Thank you!

After searching 4 big brand stores for a particular item, I was referred to Fastenal and the staff went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they have the product I needed, i wasn't going to make it before they closed but an arrangement was made that I would still be able to get the item even after closing time. To have that level of service is an easy 5 star for me and they will be the first one I call next time.

Amazing place if you love arguing with the world's most miserable woman. Incredible how after years of dealing with her negativity, she remains a truely top notch bag. Bravo
