While I was only considering changing my policy, I had called for a quote, and Frank had taken my call. He was so knowledgeable about the policies and took his time to explain which was the right one for me. I knew that him as my agent would bring great service, and he was only a phone call away. Frank is very courteous, patient, and professional. Had some questions about current rates, and he took the time to explain in detail everything they had to offer. I have not chosen a new insurance agent, but Frank's customer service skills will be considered once I make my decision.
