Family Urgent Care

Very quick and easy service and nice (but basic) facility. Talked to doctor right away. Great alternative to dealing with an emergency room, or even waiting for a primary care physician, for non-critical health concerns.

I had a great initial appointment and almost wrote my review then—I am glad waited though, as I returned 2 days later for a follow-up. For an urgent care situation, I couldn’t have asked for better. Clean, helpful, fast, informative. While I can tell that the folks here are super knowledgeable, my second visit felt a bit out of line (as in recommending fixes for problems I didn’t come in for, pretty much completely bypassing the actual issue, offering options I would expect only from a primary care physician). So much so, in fact, that I was told I was being put on a new medication without any regard for or discussion about my expansive medical history. I know the doctor was trying to he helpful, however it is extremely uncomfortable to have a medical professional offering you quick fixes to extremely complicated problems while asking you to remind them of your history…?? All in all, I’d totally recommend coming here for your urgent care needs. Just make sure you can stand up for yourself and ask the right questions. Also… if you get any labs or blood work done they will charge you for a full visit just to tell you the results. I have never had that happen anywhere else but here. Just so you’re prepared… it’s an investment.

Such fantastic and kind people working at this Urgent care — from the front desk / X-ray tech to the physician / physician’s assistant. I was seen and treated immediately for a jammed finger, and the staff went above and beyond. A great neighborhood urgent care, if you ever need one! I highly recommend.

The front desk guy, is funny. Asking him to tell you the joke about the ATM…. Service is caring and fast. Loved every second. That fast…..
