It took a bit to track down the problem with newly purchased used car but they did track it down and completed the costly repair at no charge

Thank you so much Family Mitsubishi for making our dreams come true! We’ve spent a month trying to find a dealership that would work with/for us! Jamie our saleswoman was AMAZING! I recommend her 110%! George one of the sales managers was great! He was trying to find us the best deal & when we said no he didn’t push the issue, he went right back to the drawing board! Raymond the Business manager worked so so so hard for us & got us the deal we wanted & we can’t thank him enough! We will definitely be using Family Mitsubishi in the future for any vehicle purchases! This dealership & everyone in it made it feel like we were all family! There was no intimidation whatsoever! This was such a laid back way to by a car… there was a lot of joking & laughing! I will recommend this dealership 100000% to anyone! Jamie & Raymond also might be getting an invitation to our wedding! We felt like we just made a couple best friends! IF YOU THINK ABOUT GOING JUST GO YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED! I wish this would’ve been our first choice a month ago!

Went to a couple of dealership one day and Family Mitsubishi was close by so I went in and checked. You gotta look for Jermaine if you go there, knowledgeable and polite. Honest and so friendly. I didn't get to find the car that I want but the impression that employee gave me is above and beyond. He's an asset to FM, or any dealership he will work for. Keep it up!

I highly recommend Family Mitsubishi. Buying a car can be a frustrating experience, but these guys knocked it out of the park. We went looking for a used car, but didn't like the options. Enrique worked hard to find a car I liked and was mechanically sound enough to satisfy my husband. He talked us into trying one of the new cars, a Mirage, and we agreed. We had a limited budget, but the finance department was able to make things work. Missy, Mario, Jermaine, George and Enrique were all awesome and helpful. Communication after the purchase was completed and I have full confidence that they will be responsive if any issue crops up well after the fact. If I need another car in the future, Family Mitsubishi will be my first stop.
