Dr Hartman and Dr Tracey are excellent practitioners. I always feel very confident in the care they provide, as well as the level of professionalism in all of the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for top notch healthcare.

Been with FMMC for 21 years, and been with Becky 99% of the time. Now both my kids see her. She is top notch amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone the same as I do with her. She’s diagnosed me with things other doctors have missed. I highly recommend her and practice. You can’t go wrong when you can come here with Becky.

Thank you Ryan for working with the Emergency Nurse from Nashoba (not my usual hospital) I only had my license, med card, and a very bloody and lacerated finger. Forgot my emergency card. He went over all my medications immediately. She even wanted me to say kudos to you!!! I've been with Dr. Tracey a very long time. You always take care if me!!! ❤️

This office is completely unprofessional, and it is very clear that NONE of the staff have any communication with one another. Their office manager is evidently awful at managing.

This place was honestly a nightmare to deal with. Had been going to them since I was a teenager. Nurse practitioners have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to diagnosing certain things and will put you on medications that won't work. Went there for a lip swelling issue twice and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Thankfully they no longer accepted my health insurance so I had to transfer out (thank goodness) but even that process was a nightmare! Took them almost two months to transfer my stuff out and they had to keep calling me. I've never had to call a Dr's office more in my life than these guys. Thankfully I'm done do not recommend!

I’ll be leaving Family Medical & Maternity after being a patient for about 5 years. I was sent a letter stating how “they feel uncomfortable treating me as a result of a past due bill and I will no longer be able to use patient services starting in 2 weeks.” I received this letter about a month after an appointment. At this appointment I had purposely settled my balance (I hate how you cannot pay bills online!!! So I always double check while I’m there). Come to find out, it was processed incorrectly by the front desk and the “you need to go find another doctor in 2 weeks” letter was generated based on a bill that hadn’t even been mailed to me yet! I am understanding of mistakes—they happen, especially a company with a manual billing department—but when I called to inquire about the letter I received (twice) I got no follow up call back either time, even though both women I talked to promised a call back. Just shows they do not care about their patient relationships, or patient complaints/concerns.

0 stars isn’t an option. Don’t go here unless you want a care team that has no regard for you as a person, has their noses too buried in their computers to look at you while you’re in their office, lacks compassion to their patients and who could care less about looking to see if they are actually in network with your plan to make sure you aren’t being billed thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses until they are calling you to collect on money owed DESPITE you confirming your plan at every visit. And them falsely telling you they accept your insurance multiple times. The care team responds with judgement to your medical needs/struggles and has no regard for continuity of care. When asked if this is their standard of care, was given a slew of reasons as to why my terrible experience was my fault and not theirs with no accountability on their end. Flat affect nurses, no bedside manner. Clearly I am a disgruntled ex patient of this office, but if I can avoid even one other person having a bad experience I figured my experience is worth sharing.
