El tlf no lo contestan no es normal el que tengan un número de tlf. Y no contesten y ala hora de uno pedir una répuesta. Te tratan como un niño. Que si si que si no nada no hay esplicasion para eso. Después cada persona que va al laboratorio es un discurso una charla interminable con cada uno de los pacientes. Si normal son 10 minutos se torna 20 por la charla
Your Doctors and Reception team might be friendly but they are not efficient. The whole waiting time and customer experience is too long. Not acceptable.
Dr. Galué is an outstanding, caring, and exceptional medical professional. Her skills and expertise are a valuable asset to this organization. Thanks to her and the staff at Family and Pediatrics made me feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic without hesitation!
Horrible receptionist team. I called many times for 2 hours to confirm my appointment only for them to tell me 15 minutes after the appointment that it had been canceled. For a somewhat urgent matter to. Zero follow up or regard for new clients. I can see why their stars are so low. The Doral Family Medical Center that’s right next door is much better. Don’t waste your time here.

Horrible service placed on hold for 20 min and then hung up on. I called back and the office is closed how convenient. They make you waste your time.
I have been a patient for over 15 years with this medical office, and can attest to not only the very professional behavior of their staff and doctors, but to the friendly attitude they all display. I have moved a decade ago e to the other end of the city, and yet, I prefer to take the long travel to their offices instead of losing their great services to the unknown.
