Falafel Bar

Falafel Bar is a small, casual restaurant offering a menu of casual Israeli street food including hummus plates and pita sandwiches. The Falafel & Salad Hummus Plate came with hummus topped with six crispy falafel balls dressed with tahini along with pickles, shredded carrots, and cabbage slaw (red, green, and white). The hummus was particularly light and airy and wasn’t overly strong in tahini, and I also got a ramekin of their surprisingly spicy hot sauce. Everything went nicely with the hot, chewy, pillowy pita bread that came on the side. Next, I tried the Kebab Pita Sandwich, which came with hummus, salads, and freshly-grilled square-shaped kebabs made of ground meat mixed with herbs and topped with tahini. Overall, everything here was fresh, delicious, healthy, and came at a great value too!
One of my best experiences ever at a dine in in Budapest and I had a few. The service was like 10/10 very attentive and really felt that here everything is done for the joy and happiness of the customer. The hummus plate with veggies and falafel and with some tahini sauce was amazing! I had to take home the leftovers! I can really recommend this place a little gem in the city for sure. Really made me and my tummy happy.
The food was okay, it was average portion. The price was more like cheap. The only problem was that we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our order. But the staff was extremely kind, they apologised and gave us free drinks. So overall it was a nice experience.
Tasty falafel, great hospitality! I went today and ordered Falafel pita, tasty with just right amount of sauces. I was a bit inpatient, but the lady and the guy were so kind and offered me one baklava for free! Absolutely recommended
