I had a great experience at this barbershop in Kogarah. The barber was skilled and gave me a sharp haircut exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for my next haircut
Don’t expect any acknowledgement as you walk in. I waited with my boys for 30 minutes to get a haircut and when it seemed to be our turn other people who came in after us or waiting outside went before us. There was no explanation. How was I supposed to know how many people are queued if you can’t see them there? So I got up and left! No comment then either. They really don’t seem to give a damn. Seems to be a lot of preferential treatment with their regulars. Not great to be on your phone whilst cutting people’s hair either. These guys really need to learn what customer service is all about.
They gave me a good cut
Not a good place to get your haircut. The guy up there is always angry and doesn’t treat you like a customer. He’s always talking to someone on phone call. Also, he’s not good with his skills as well. I recommend everyone not to go there.
Nah give this a miss, they are more worried about what’s happening outside than inside, very uncomfortable place to get a hair cut. Took my son with me and they just ignored him, not good service. There’s better ones in the area.
