This was my first time and they were so awesome and the price was very reasonable and with great results I would recommend them to anyone

They refused to dry clean my jacket even though its a dry clean only item. They sent me off because they said they couldn’t take out a stain, and I went to my car and wiped it with a water wipe it came right off. I went back in and they still refused to clean it because they use “too strong of a chemical to clean polyester”??? How are you a dry cleaner but you can’t clean polyester??

I'm a regular here and the owners are exceptional. They do a very good job and the one time in all these years I had an issue they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer -which I am. I don't usually post but feel I owe it to them for the fine way they do business. I felt compelled to add a comment after seeing the negative review questioning the time the business stays open on Saturdays, complaining that their website is wrong and even questioning a persons name!?! Seeing that they have NO WEBSITE I’m sure they were as confused with this persons phone call as I am with their review.

Called and had questions she was extremely rude answering it says this business closes at 7pm but she said 5pm on Saturday's I informed her the website is misleading and needs to be fixed. I asked for the owners name then asked for her name questioned me about why I wanted her name first off I would like to know to whom I am speaking with and also to report your poor customer service communication. She said her name was Sunny (i don't believe thats her name) . If I could rate less than 1 star i would. I will take my business else where from now on.
