Please team, change your agent responsible for inquiries about booking rooms from calls. The person with whom i got connected with was so rude . I just asked him if the rooms are available for early check-in or not and he started shouting amd became rude all of a sudden, saying 'we cannot give that details in advance if it would be available then we can give you' . You cannot get that confirmation in advance. And literally started shouting on me when i said i have to confirm in advance to stay out of hassles at last minute like he is offering us a room for free. I checked the hotel online and thought to inquire about the availability and book it in case. But not you just oost one customer because of his rudeness. Worst experience ever!!!

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. Both rooms were below expectations - they had a unpleasant smell, and the air conditioners in both rooms were leaking water, which made the stay uncomfortable 😖. The overall cleanliness and maintanence of the room definitely need improvement. On a positive note, the food quality was good and quite enjoyable . However , the parking arrangements were up to the mark. Parking is located along the hotel road, which can be inconvenient and a bit risky.

Very nice stay hear , the staff was nice and room are also clean location is good parking space and food was also delicious and the front manager mr. Rajesh is also a very nice person

This is the worse experience I have ever had in India. I booked a Non-Refundable rate to stay here and they refused to check me in as I am a foreigner. However, they allowed me to make me booking knowing that I was Foreign. The refused to check me in and to give me a refund also. I hope you are proud of the name that you give to your own country. Also, Goibibo didn't help at all. They kept telling me they would call me back and the never did. It's so sad that there are so many cheaters here. They responded to this review below but don’t believe them. I literally received emails where they told me they will not refund me. They continue lying just to look good on here. And, they definitely discriminate on nationality, hence I wasn’t allowed to stay. If you are genuine about giving me a refund, contact me and I will be honest to adjust my review to reflect this new information.
