Horrible unprofessional staff and gossip. The red head manager (i think her name was Salomay?) dates all if the members and it is obvious as she does not hide it. I tried this gym back in 2018 and loved it when there were different owners and staff.. went back this year and what a difference .. very disappointing! Save your $ go onto YOUTUBE or hire a REAL trainer as this gal and her staff are fakes. I was also told that one of the members was drinking with these staff at the annual Christmas party in their studio and died in car accident after that manager walked her to car drunk and allowed her to drive. In short, definitely entertaining if you have no life but if you want a good and real community avoid these fake people. I do way better at a local gym with a trainer and a small group class for way cheaper and no drama.

I’ve been to 2 classes so far and I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym. Both instructors have been so nice and helpful!
This gym is the most unprofessional gym I’ve ever went too in my entire life. I was shocked to see how Lee Bryant the owner and a professional realtor runs this gym. He allows his employees to verbally abuse members, charge their Visa cards without permission and have staff members swear, gossip and act in the most unethical way ever! He clearly doesn’t abide by the code of conduct of F45 policy and further action is being taken against this gym. I’m in such shock how this owner speaks and acts towards members. I would stay away from going to this place.
Terrible experience. Staff is very rude especially Salome. Overcharged my visa and although I cancelled my membership over 3 months ago they still charged my membership so I contacted Lee Bryant the owner and he was rude and unprofessional and told me too bad that they will not refund. Be very cautious of giving this gym your payment info.
F45 is awesome! Great workout, great upbeat positive coaches and really boots your confidence. I highly recommend it.

I have started to attend classes at f45 recently and its been a great experience. Awesome workouts with good coaches. It's a fun atmosphere, definitely recommend f45 north Langley if you want to get a workout.
