Fabulous place to get your eyes taken care of -no matter what your concerns are about your eyes this is the place. Dr Richardson and his staff are there no matter what your needs are. They were great from the time we stepped inside the door. The whole process was painless and quick. I did have a problem with my eye watering constantly in the past couple years with no relief and Dr. Richardson has this process that he had me follow. I did and I no longer have tears running down my face everyday! It only took one week. Thanks Dr Richardson, I will be back to see you in a couple months when I get back from Texas. I appreciate all your help. Check them out, you won't regret it.!!

The first couple times we were here it was a great experience. The last time was shocking and unprofessional. For the most part the staff is lovely, though some can be loud and chatty at times, which is distracting as it echoes down the hallway and into the patient rooms. Because I was coming off a migraine, I found it almost unbearable but was told I could not close the door, which was unnecessarily rude. The last visit was a waste of our time. We waited longer than usual to get a total of 5 minutes with our “professional” who was then immediately seen chatting with the other staff (not about patients) in the open area. My child has to go see someone else now because his script wasn’t up to par which has cost us financially, plus time spent being ignored on the other side of town. Bottom line is she seemed arrogant and distracted. However, I will say those fitting the eyeglasses and checking us in/out were great!

Professional, on time appointment, courteous and knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask for.

I just finished scheduling an appointment for my husband's eye exam and I have to say, that after calling SEVERAL eye doctor's offices today - this is the FIRST one that I decided to set an appointment with - and it was MAINLY because of the wonderful lady I spoke with named Jasmine - (also the price of the eye exam was very competitive with the other places I called). Jasmine scheduled the appointment for me. She was the nicest, friendliest, most patient and professional person that I have spoken with out of all of them - I had some very specific detailed questions about what the exam included and she took the time to answer all my questions kindly and thoroughly - and without rushing me. She set an EXCELLENT first impression of this office, and she is the main reason we decided to make this place our new family eye care center. Thank you Jasmine - your personality was a refreshing change from the other folks I talked to at the five other eye exam offices today, and because of your pleasant demeanor, the "Eye Associates of Winter Park" has earned a family of new clients! We will be scheduling appointments for myself and my daughter in the next few months as well.

Very thorough exams. Nice staff that is patient with questions. Very little waiting. Fill out forms ahead of time online. Park in the back.
