Extra Space Storage

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to go anywhere but this one located on Ronald Regan . If 0 stars was an option - I would have picked 0, I have been at the facility for several years - always paid on time - never caused any trouble. They are really nice until you want to leave. They have made my attempted departure from their facility a nightmare. In good faith, I went into the facility in person to notify them that I was planning on leaving the facility a week ago. They told me I owed them nothing as long as I was out by 9/22/23. I have been slowly moving out over the last week. I showed up tonight -9/19/23 to complete the move . I work full time and have 3 children - so moving out of the storage area took a lot of time and planning on my part. I arrived with moving “helpers “ and borrowed cars from friends - never anticipating that they would actually lock me out of my own storage unit- that was fully paid until 9/22/23. But - that’s exactly what they did . It was around 6:30pm - no employees were there - no one would answer their phone when I tried to call. Unfortunately- now I only have 2 days to gather friends/helpers and their cars. DO NOT rent from this place. Their employees will lie to you - it’s become a nightmare for me trying to get the heck out of this scary place. It is a very unscrupulous business. I left 4 messages- no one has called me back. Go ANYWHERE but here !

Kim is absolutely amazing! There's no doubt that she's one of LifeStorage's greatest assets. I have never experienced such superb customer service from a storage facility. Thank you Kim!

It was extremely easy to rent a unit and the cost was very economical. I'm extremely impressed with this facility. The security is amazing, it's very clean and the climate control is perfect. I highly recommend this company, especially this location.

Came in with an over the phone into rate, they worked with me and graciously honored the information even though there was slight miscommunication. Jac and Kim* store manager* very polite and professional. Facility is very clean, bathroom clean, parking is easy. Great location.

Kim, the store manager, is amazing! She handled everything with care and went above and beyond to offer us the best unit to meet our needs. Kim answered all our questions, showed us different units, told us about the facility rules and security. Then she explained how to get to the unit we rented. The facility is very clean and spacious. Thank you Kim! We highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an extra space to rent.
