I will never trust my jewelry with anyone else. I just love how their customers service is. Professional and very friendly. You can tell that their business is to help you if they can and to make you feel right at ease. They send you notice via mail and then a text on your cellphone. What other business does that? Only Express Pawn Shop. I just love them .

The customer service is nice. But the older fat short men that helped us there needs to watch more his mouth & his “jokes”. I didn’t want to make a scene there and still purchased from him. But what he said was not ok!

The Rep Tony was amazing! Great customer service and communication throughout the entire process I had a custom ring I wanted made for my wife for Christmas and I showed him the picture he had the jeweler create an exact replica! If you need custom jewelry made at a fair price express pawn is the place to go. Took them a week to create and it came out even better than the picture! Thank you to everyone at express pawn I will definitely be back.

This shop is awesome. Matt helped me out and he was super nice & super thorough!! He’s great at what he does and seemed genuinely helpful + trustworthy. I feel like I got a great deal and would definitely come to these guys again
