Excellent selection of used Apple products. Staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. If they don't have something in stock they are always willing to find it for you. I have been happily shopping for years at the Portsmouth store.

Easy to work with. Fair prices. Quick turnaround. I had a MacBook Pro battery replaced by Experimax. The process was super simple. I provided them with the laptop serial number over the phone. They were able to order the part and gave me a very reasonable quote. Once the battery arrived, they contacted me to set up a service appointment. I dropped off the laptop in the afternoon and it was ready by the end of the day! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for Apple product support/repair and plan on using them for my future needs.

I needed a laptop for a variety of reasons. I knew I couldn’t afford one brand new and saw Experimax’s ad for one they were selling via Craigslist. It was a phenomenal deal. I wasn’t able to make it work with their financing program, but knew I would be able to afford it in about a month. Russ continued to check in with me and put the laptop on hold for me for as long as company policy allowed. I finally was able to buy it. I headed in and the laptop was exactly as the ad said. Came with 1 year warranty. Better than excellent, “Like New” condition. Russ even brought it to my car for me! Super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Would recommend to everyone! I’ve had the laptop for a few days, but so far so good and the warranty definitely gives me peace of mind!
