My laptop is my lifeline and when it started having issues I was afraid it was time for a new one, but I decided to look into getting it repaired instead. After a few false starts, my husband did some research and found Experimax. We walked in without making an appointment and were helped almost immediately. The gentleman at the counter (I am so sorry I didn't get his name!) took my laptop into the back and while my husband and I sat in comfortable chairs watching college football on the big screen television, the gentlemen worked his magic. Approximately 15 minutes later we were walking out the door with my laptop working as good as new! Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, my experience with the company and that wonderful man at the counter (I'm REALLY sorry I didn't get his name!) was wonderful and if I ever have problems again, I will head there first to get them resolved!

This is my second visit to Experimax. I had gone there a few years back and had a good experience. A few months ago I had an issue with my computer so I googled and found a repair shop 10 minutes from my home instead of 35 minutes. With that being said I brought my computer there, had to leave it and got a call hours later when it was ready. When I got home and tried to use my computer,,,there were still issues. I have lived with this for months and finally decided to spend $ again and get it fixed. Thank goodness I remembered Experimax in Gilbert where I had originally had my computer repaired. I went in with my husband and 3 macs....unannounced, no appointment and were greeted by Chris. He was both kind, patient and knew immediately what adjustments needed to be made on these computers. When we went to pay Chris said no charge! We thought he was joking but he was serious. Who does that?? He said the adjustments weren't difficult and to remember him the next time. Well that bought Chris customers for life and I will share with others what a great experience it was.

The techs were polite knowledgeable and friendly. My phone was repaired quickly and for a fair price. I would definitely return if needed. Thank you Chris

I had the most phenominal experience the two times I went. First, I came in for a cracked screen and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Second, I went and traded in a few old phones and got an AMAZING deal on a new phone. Chris was incredible, he transferred all my data, he threw in a case for me, and answered all my questions. He was so wonderful and knowledge able. I HIGHLY recommend Experimax and ALWAYS ask for Chris. Ladies, he's cute too.
