Experimax Chandler

I do a lot of business around Phoenix, and I review a lot of great places. This is not the case with experimax. Good luck getting a call back, or even getting someone to greet you WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE STORE. I'm not sure where the positive reviews came from, expect poortl service and no followup. They've had a device for three weeks and dodge calls, and wanna hear the best part? The poor excuse was "we didn't want to freak you out, so we just didn't call" You mean to say that you e had my money, and my device for so long, that you think it's okay to just hold onto both for such a long time and are too scared to let me know you either broke or are too incompetent to fix it.

I had taken two of my computers to Experimax and my wife had brought hers as well with a number of things we couldn't seem to sort out. Chris worked through all of the issues we had presented him with on all three computers, taking a good half hour to do so. When I asked him what the charges were he just waved the question off and told us we could write a review if we liked. This is a great shop not just because of the courtesy and customer service extended by Chris but also the attention he showed to his other customers also getting service at the same time, as well as the obvious knowledge base and competence clearly evident in his performance. I went in for a repair of my Iphone that was not charging properly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the phone while I waited. Incredible experience.

My daughter in law’s phone fell into water. We waited a long time before bringing it in. The staff were understanding and went beyond the call of duty to ensure an exceptional experience. They were able to take care of all our requests. Their friendliness and expertise were truly appreciated. Highly recommend this Chandler AZ location.

As always this company is excellent. They are my go to place for anything Apple related. They have successfully fixed every problem I have had and they always charge a fair price for the tremendous service. Anytime I have an issue I am always coming here for help.
