I highly recommend them. The service is friendly and very helpful. The suits are perfectly matched. A very good price when buying two suits.

The selection is extensive, but the service is unfortunately very poor. From the start, we had the impression that the saleswoman was offended that she had to serve us. She rolled her eyes and sighed when my fiancé turned the wrong way. Then she refused to give us the size for a 182 cm (5'11") height because "you would have to have incredibly long arms, and that's impossible." But we did say the right size. When we returned to the store to pick up the vest itself, the saleswoman was no longer interested in serving us. We tried to find information about the product online, but we couldn't. We asked for help, but the saleswoman flatly refused. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the saleswoman in question because she refused to provide me with that information.

Entering the salon, a nice welcome towards me. Asking Mrs. Aneta if she can help me with something, give me some advice. No typical "pushiness" that you can encounter in other competitive salons. My first visit to Ewtex ended with the purchase of a beautiful jacket. Professional service and approach of Mrs. Aneta and commitment meant that this was not the last purchase in this salon. I recommend! 👍

Buying a suit at Ewtex was a great experience, mainly thanks to Mr. Dominik. His professionalism, vast knowledge and incredible personal culture made a big impression on me. He advised with sensitivity, was patient and committed, and at the same time extremely polite. It is rare to find such quality of service - thank you very much and I recommend him with full conviction!
