Zaib took the time to understand what I was after and making sure it would work for me. She also did a brilliant job fixing a not so great uneven hair cut from a different salon. Thank you!

I was gifted a voucher for a Japanese Head Spa and was really excited, as I’d been wanting to try one for a long time. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. As a first-time client, I booked with whoever was suggested when I phoned. I only discovered afterwards, when I looked at the salon’s Instagram, that I’d been booked with a first-year apprentice. I completely understand that apprentices need opportunities to learn, but I do think this should be disclosed beforehand, particularly when the service is being charged at full price rather than at a reduced apprentice rate. The apprentice was lovely, but it was clear she lacked confidence and experience with the treatment. During the head spa, I was left alone for quite a long time with water running over my head, which felt a little strange and not particularly relaxing. The bed is positioned directly beneath a ceiling air conditioner, and on the day of my appointment it was cold. Blankets were available, but I wasn’t offered one, which would have made a big difference to the overall comfort of the experience. The blow-dry at the end was also disappointing, and I found myself trying to explain how I wanted my hair dried and also walked out with parts not fully dried. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. I had been looking forward to a relaxing, premium treatment, but I left feeling disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken on board, as I think better communication about who will be performing the service and a little more attention to client comfort would greatly improve the experience.

I got my hair done today with Zaib, and she did an absolutely amazing job!! I told her exactly what I wanted, and she delivered it perfectly. She made sure I was happy with the result. The whole experience was so comfortable and enjoyable, and I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. She is truly one of a kind, and her skills and dedication really show in her work. I can’t recommend her enough.

This hairdresser stolen from me $100. I cancelled my appointment on time (24 horas) but they said I didn’t cancel on time.

Ist time client , Zaib look ,listened and made sure the transformation was what I wanted and she was spot on with the cut and style. My hair is erratic it has a mind of its own and I am hopeless at doing anything with it, beautiful salon, lovely staff especially Zaib definitely worth the 300 km round trip.

This was my 2nd style at Evolve, and it was as good as the first :-) I’ve been in before for events and the team is always very friendly and ready to offer helpful advice. Last week I came in for a bit of a style refresh - I was tired of my long hair, which had developed a definite two-tone effect as my hair slowly turns silver. Jaz, an apprentice, was excellent! Listened really well and focussed more on the effect I wanted (loose curls / waves, more bounce, and less frizz) and how much work I wanted to do as far as styling goes (as little as possible!). I decided I wanted to cut off a fair bit of the longer / straighter / darker hair to make for a nicer transition, and Jaz did a great job with some slight layering, checking in often with me and also her supervisor to ensure all was as it should be. As I got my style I observed and heard the same level of communication and support among the other stylists and their clients. Jaz showed me how to use a diffuser to easily achieve the look I was after, and suggested products that might work best for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received, and after nearly a week I have received lovely compliments and can say I love my new look, too!

A week ago I had a Headspa treatment at Evolve Hair Busselton WA, the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely 💯 % fantastic. The young stylist explained the whole process perfectly not to mention that it is so well priced. I walked in stressed and tired, walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I give Evolve Hair Busselton a 5 star rating not only for the fantastic hair spa but also for friendly staff, excellent quality and value for money on all services and their hair care products are phenomenal. I have alot of course, dry, difficult hair to cut and style and the owner and hair team cut, dry style and foil my hair to perfection every time.
