I recently visited the Nissan showroom to test drive the Magnite as a first-time car buyer, and the entire experience was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive—special thanks to Mr. Arun (Manager), Ari Haran (who guided me during the test drive), and Bharani (who was consistently in touch from my online enquiry right through to my visit). The reception team was also welcoming and helpful. Thanks to their excellent service and the impressive Magnite, I’ve chosen Nissan Magnite as my first car. I highly recommend the Nissan to for anyone considering a new vehicle!

07/11/2023 - I was applied Test drive via online two days before (05/11/2023), Today Mr Karthik from the EVM Showroom (Erode) called me for the Test drive, He Explained well about the car and the price details... Then I took a test drive Nissan Magnite, It was wonderful driving experience... This vehicle has awesome performance compare to nowadays cheapest cars!! I Booked one, waiting for the delivery!!! Update - 23/04/2024 I bought Nissan Magnite XV Today, Drove around 77 kms, Fully satisfied on my purchase... Our heartiest Thanks to Mr Karthik and EVM Nissan Erode team...!

If there is no star, then I will choose that. WORST Service Experience. Never ever go for service again in this centre. No proper checkup and no proper response from anyone in the showroom. I literally got frustrated with their attitude after notifying their mistakes. Even Mr.Dharmaraj ( Service Manager) is least bothered about their customer service satisfaction. Again and Again just blame game happening on one another inside the service centre that this was not done by me like that. I don't think it is a good idea to buy your car in this showroom, IF YOU WANT BETTER AFTER SALES SERVICE. Then Think Twice..
