Avoid with a wide birth, deer ran into the hire vehicle, some 3 hours later someone eventually answered the phone,they patched it up with a mechanic checking it over, then charged me one thousand pounds for the repairs, followed my constant text for their money,plus red letters through our door that my wife had to get out of her sick bed to sign,even though I had paid them £600.00 & was paying an agreed amount of £200.00 per month, close to extortion the way they have acted,small local businesses ran by 2 people, yet they want you to believe they have a finance department & debt collectors....DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY BACK STREET ROBBERS !

Fantastic experience, was in a pickle as another company cancelled my booking with them and left me without a vehicle for my family holiday, called the guys here and was put in a Ford galaxy, fantastic car and fantastic experience with the team to get me and my family back on the road and on holiday! Couldn’t recommend enough! Fantastic thank you all

I won't use this company again, having done so a good few times over the years. The last 2 occasions I have rented Luton vans, both of which had warning lights on the dashboard. On the last occasion I had to wait over 30 minutes for a van to be available. This made me late for a job. To be fair this was because the previous customer returned it late, but read on. The member of staff on duty told me that she had charged that customer for another day as a consequence. I returned the van promptly the next day but was told that I needed to put more diesel in it or I would be charged £4.30 per litre and a £35 admin charge. When I took the van the tank was 48% full, when I returned it, it was 45% full. A difference of 3% is hair splittingly small and it makes no difference to the company, which had already charged the previous customer for an extra day for being late but hadn't reduced my charge despite the gross inconvenience to me. I asked the member of staff what the tank capacity was so I could work out how much diesel to top it up with. She didn't know. I put a few litres of diesel in and the guage showed 60% capacity, so I asked to be reimbursed for the difference and was flatly refused. This company double charged for this van on the day I hired it, or so the staff member claimed, and then refused to use any discretion on a refill discrepancy that was so minor as to be laughable, and then refused to compensate me for an overfill and the loss of time on my hire. Use some discretion and keep your customers and your online reputation. I won't be using this company again.
