The parking here is egregious. You have to purchase a parking sticker but you are not guaranteed a spot in your complex or any other one for that matter. Parking along the street is an option but defeats the purpose of the parking sticker. Residents shouldn’t have to park on the street or in near by neighborhoods, especially those who work late nights. Garages might be available for purchase but may not be attached to your unit. This is ridiculous.

Went in with my niece for a scheduled tour with Alex. He was so genuine, welcoming and professional. The property is well maintained and the unit we saw was immaculate. My niece’s move in date is yet to be determined but based on Alex’s exemplary presentation of the property Eucalyptus Grove will be the only move in choice. Thank you Alex!
I wish I could give this place a zero rating. They towed my car with no telling me in advance. We weren’t aware we needed stickers to park here.. $400 dollars later we got my car back. When we first moved in the apartment wasn’t clean at all and most of the drawers didn’t work.. for well over $2000 a month I had little bit of higher expectations. For a recommendation for the company PLEASE put a sign up for future tenants that you need stickers to park here not just on the paper work. Not only that but they are a lot of homeless living in the ditch right next to the high way making us feel unsafe as they walk up and down looking at peoples cars.
Great neighborhood with quiet and kind neighbors. Staff is great as well as they are easy to work with and very friendly. When it comes to any maintenance issue, they are always available and get it done immediately. Location is perfect for any resident. I definitely recommend renting from Eucalyptus Grove in Chula Vista.
I don’t even write reviews because I just like to stay lowkey & mind my business but this place is not worth the monthly rent they ask for. Please don’t use your money on here.there are better places that give you better qualities for less. When i asked to see the availability of the rooms, I was taken to a bigger, nicer model AWAY from the highway. The day of my move in date they showed me my apartment. It was right next to the highway. The paint job was bad like the person just went sloppily painting over everything. There were ants EVEEYWHEREEEE. Literally everywhere even in the freezer. The ants were just collecting and dying in the freezer & we would clean it but they just kept coming back. The place was really unsanitary. While I was there, they were repainting the parking spots that you pay for. They gave you texts last minute threatening to tow your car if you didn’t move them before the paint job so god forbid if you were sleeping & didn’t see the txt yet or maybe carpooled w someone & was away. Also, make sure you go the the front office & physically write on paper that your lease ends a certain date and that’s when you move out exactly 30 Days before(not 28 or 27) bc that’s what they require. Calling them & telling them isnt good enough they said and they will charge you for an extra month. Once you move out, they charge you for ridiculous things from your deposit. There’s more but I’m not writing a paper😂 hey, though maybe the newer models away from the highway are better.
