Espiral

The trash dumpster outside building 7 has not been empty more than 1 week (see attached photo). Talked and emailed to Espiral management few times but they reluctant to take action to resolve this issue. Trash is getting smell bad and flies everywhere hazardous to tenants’ health). This has happened few times in the last 2 months. Management does not care about healthy environment for tenants live here !!!

Major water issues going on for YEARS. Literally every other day an email goes out that the water needs to be shut off for an ‘emergency’. It’s obvious there are massive water infrastructure problems that keep getting band-aid solutions instead of a comprehensive fix. Also this complex was previously named Park Meadow apartments, so be sure to look up reviews under that name as well. Make sure you have somewhere else to shower if you decide to move here. Name changed to prevent retaliation.

Moving here has been great. A huge step up from Mesa. The staff have been so patient and helpful in grounds to getting me moved in. They helped with everything! The community is very family oriented. The neighbors have been so friendly and seeing all the playing kids is so wonderful. It is quiet here as well. The patio space has also impressed me. The apartments are Spacious, beautiful and renovated. Maintenance has been very responsive and helpful too.

This place was the biggest scam from the beginning. Our apartment was never cleaned prior to move in, holes patched in walls and doors, a/c has broken several times, unresponsive front office. The amount of noise congestion from surrounding apartments and residents is ridiculous, the walls are paper thin here. There’s always trash everywhere in the parking lot and no one ever picks it up. This has probably been my worst living experience I’ve ever had please avoid this place and choose any other surrounding apartments.

Our time at Espiral has been nothing but positive. Maintenance always responds to service requests quickly and efficiently. The front office is knowledgeable and kind. It’s quiet but the neighbors are friendly. Would recommend!

I’ve been living here for a few months now and I LOVE it here! It is affordable for myself and the amenities here are great! The front office staff as well have been very helpful and efficient with any questions I may have or any problems. So far so good here!

The manager, Emily, has been super helpful and very attentive. The front office staff is always so friendly. The upgrades and renovations definitely make this apartment STUNNING!
