I would leave zero stars if that was an option. My husband had ordered flowers to be delivered at work for me for Valentine’s Day. My husband did order them for same day delivery, instead of saying they couldn’t do the order in the same day or that they were booked, the florist went ahead and charged him for this. The florist then called at 9:30am and got my exact address and the hours I would be there. My husband called to ask if I had received them around 5pm. I said no but I told the florist I would be here until 5:30pm. Instead of the florist calling him or I, I had to call and find out what the heck was going on. To which she said, what was the name? She said we had one delivery driver get in a wreck. (Life happens but that is why you have someone else deliver these.) INSTEAD, SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY, OH WELL IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DIDNT DELIVER THE FLOWERS BECAUSE ITS AFTER 5 AND THEY FIGURED YOU WERE CLOSED. Seriously? Then you should have took the order, you shouldn’t have charged the card, you shouldn’t have asked how long I would be at work! The florist then had the nerve to ask what my home address was? Are you serious?! I don’t even live in the city! This flower company failed completely! Never would I buy any flowers from this place! I ended up telling them to cancel the order! This place was a joke!!

Ordered flowers for delivery today for the love of my life while I was at work. Flowers were delivered a handful of hours later and they are very well done. Nothing browning or slightly wilting. The flowers were all vibrant and healthy.

I cannot recommend this florist enough! I have been using Especially For You for many years. They are my go to for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother's Day, Husband Screw-Ups, Valentine's Day and on and on! They always bring a smile to my wife's face! Thank you for being the best!

Excellent Service! I ordered sympathy flowers for my sister-in-law over the phone. Unfortunately, I gave them the wrong (old) address AND a bad credit card number. Complete fail on my part - but they didn't miss a beat; handled both issues efficiently and professionally. They delivered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of mixed green foliage with fresh flowers before the end of the day. Since I placed the order late morning and gave incorrect information, they would have been excused had they delayed the delivery until the following day. I really appreciate awesome customer service like this! Above and Beyond - I highly recommend!
