Eric started helping me when I lived in Phoenix. He toured many homes for me….always very timely. I found a new build with Coventry, but due to their delays I moved on from them (and I don’t recommend Coventry as a builder) and found a great house! Eric’s knowledge of the area and negotiation skills and being available were key! Super nice man who has become a friend. Thanks Eric!
Eric Salinas is top notch. My husband and I recently purchased a home in San Antonio with Eric's assistance. Our experience was extremely positive and because of Eric’s knowledge, I happy to give him 5 stars and refer him to anyone either purchasing or sell a home. I'm from out of state and was not familiar with San Antonio, different neighborhoods, pricing, and property locations. He helped guide us through the process. We are thankful to have found Eric, who is both knowledgeable and honest. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, Eric guided us to make the best offer possible, in order to win the bid. There were multiple offers on the property, and ours came in the strongest - again, thanks to Eric’s guidance.

I recently purchased a home in San Antonio with Eric's assistance. I'm from out of state and was not familiar with property locations, neighborhoods, prices, or any of the other important factors when shopping for a new home. I feel very fortunate to have found Eric, who is both knowledgeable and honest. We spent quite a bit of time looking at various properties, and I really appreciated Eric's guidance and input during the process. When we did find the property we wanted to make an offer on, Eric demonstrated his considerable skill in helping us submit the right offer in a very competitive situation and working out the details after my offer was accepted, including accompanying us on the inspection and dealing with the seller's agent. There were many other details that Eric helped us with in this complex San Antonio market. He always had good availability and responsiveness. I do not hesitate to refer anyone to Eric, to whom I assign an A+ grade on his work as a buyer's real estate agent.
Eric is very knowledgeable about both the buying and selling processes. He always answers or returns calls or messages promptly, and never makes you feel like a nuisance for asking a million questions, which we definitely did. The home we purchased had multiple offers, and he was able to win it for us with small details he included in the contract that put ours above other similar offers. He also expertly helped us analyze and select from the multiple bids he got us on our home we sold, helping us to understand implications of different types of loans on appraisal timelines and requirements and many other aspects of the offers. He definitely helped us to make the best decision. If you're considering using his services, don't hesitate! He won't steer you wrong.
