ER of Dallas - Emergency Room

The Doctor and Nurses that helped me in the ER were very kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared for my issue. I walked in very nervous but they explained everything very well and gave me piece of mind.

I highly recommend ER Dallas. Nurse John was one of the kindest and most professional nurses I have ever met. He was patient with me, and genuinely cared. All of the staff was helpful and did their best to help me. You are in great hands at ER Dallas!

I went in with a rash and difficulty breathing, and I was promptly checked in and provided with appropriate care. I left the clinic feeling relieved and immensely grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Nayeem and Dr. Latham, along with the entire team, are not only kind but also exceptionally knowledgeable medical professionals. Without a doubt, this clinic is the best emergency room to visit.

I stopped off at a major hospital and left when there were 50 people ahead of me. I found ER of Dallas, and they are the absolute best. Welcoming, nurturing, personable with THE best care and no wait. All of the staff from the check in to the day and night nurses and doctor, just absolutely wonderful.

We ended up here on the evening of Christmas Day- Toddler vs. glass coffee table. I walked in a little frazzled with a screaming 2 year old and was welcomed kindly, taken back quickly and received excellent care. After some good numbing medicine and 3 stitches, all was well again. I took my son to our pediatrician to have the stitches removed (because we do not live locally) and she was very impressed with the sutures. I am certain Dr Latham and all the staff would have preferred to be home with their families on Christmas but I am very thankful for their service, patience with my toddler and the care we received!!

ER of Dallas is a wonderful stand alone ER. I have been to several over the past few years and ER of Dallas is my favorite. The staff is so friendly and they made me feel like family when I was there for back pain. I was able to have a CT scan and an Ultrasound done while I was there. I received a diagnosis and they helped me with my pain. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood. My nurse was on top of all of my needs. The radiology and ultrasound staff understood my pain and were very patient with me. When the tech started my IV I barely felt a thing. I've never had such an amazing experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. THANK YOU!!!!

No wait, fast service with utmost care and concern for the patient. These doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend over other ER’s or doc in the box locations. The place was practically empty and so clean. Front desk was efficient. Great experience! Will definitely come back when needed (hopefully not too soon). ;)

Look first of all, if somebody gives an Emergency room a review, then it must be bad. In this case, it’s total different. I went in for chest pain and and this place did more than an EKG. They ran blood test kept an eye on my blood pressure even thou doctor Dillan was certain I was fine. He doubled an tripled checked. And For everybody to be extremely nice, polite, friendly and respectful was amazing. I was there around 2 hours and was never left alone for more than 10 mins. I was offered water, juice, soda several times.. ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE BEST ER IN DALLAS!! NO, IN TEXAS!! DR. DILLION..THANK YOU, thank you for doing an amazing job. And your staff?? PERFECT.. Muhammad from the time I walked in till I left, was great.... thank you sir.. and last but not least, the nurse from Oklahoma. (Oklahomie) her name got deleted from my notes. But this lady, like Dr. Dillon, was incredible. If you need an Emergency room vist, this is the place. Quick, caring, honest people. No 15 hour wait. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH...
