First off, even though you were on your last job for the day when I called, you said you would be willing to come by and check out our air conditioner after you wrapped up with your last job. You arrived right when you said you would and you communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process, letting us know when you were on your way, what you looked like, and when you arrived, along with a detailed report of parts and services. You were incredibly respectful and kind while you were here, and you even put on little booties over your shoes when you came in our home, which we appreciate since we are a no shoes home. You provided information about what you were doing and completed the job quickly! You also shared a bit about your experience in your current profession as well as your related service in the military. We appreciate the service you provided and are now appreciating the cool air coming into our home on this HOT day! Thank you!

Earnest is running a great company! My air conditioner died on thursday night just before the heat wave started, I spent all friday morning calling other businesses around to see if any could help me out that day, no one was available to come out until the following week! Earnest was my final chance I called EMT HVAC praying that they had an availability that day. He was quick to say if I can't make it to you yoday I can be there first thing in the morning! That was the best response I received later that day he called me at 645 pm saying he was going to come out and help us out and that he should be there by 715 pm. He was on time and quick to get to my unit he fixed my capacitor on my unit and was out before 8 pm. I am very grateful for EMT-HVAC and I will be doing business with them for maintenance on my home HVAC system.

Outstanding service. Earnest was very kind, courteous, and professional, and his experience working HVAC showed by the quality work he provided to my AC unit. He came to my house on Sunday morning after a very warm night the night before as my AC unit was not working. Upon his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was fast and detailed with the repair as he took his time to provide answers and questions that I had with my AC unit. He was very respectful through out his visit. Please do not hesitate to contact him because his response and communication is top notch . This guy is the best in the game, and his work, professionalism, and character speaks for itself.
