Thanks to the excellent service provided by Emanuel and Fathima. I have always been greeted by them with a warm smile and friendly approach. They have also very promptly attended and served by requests. Nice to be treated by such staff, wishing them all the success in life.
Brilliant customer service from the bank for complicated international remittance. Special mention - Mr Subair Parambil and other friendly staff. Could not have received better service. :). Strongly recommended. 👍.

Poor service, long waiting times for simple banking services.
Bank was closed for renovations and we weren't informed... it was shocking to run to reach on time and then found out the bank is closed .... very disappointed
