I have had nothing but negative experiences with Amy. She gives a date of when things will be done and they never are. I have been there for 4 things, nothing ever done on time. Dropped off a sweatshirt in nov to be done and as of today, still not done. Needless to say, she has very poor customer service and the work is not worth the aggravation
I have utilized Embroidery & More serval times for embroidery of baseball caps and other apparel. Amy (owner) and her staff are fantastic. Amy is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. She takes the time to ensure your requested work turns out exactly as expected. I am extremely satisfied with the value, quality, and work and give them my highest recommendation. I had such an awesome experience here! I had purchased a custom jacket and the letters fell off after 1 wash. I came here, had it custom embroidered and it is perfect!! Much faster than I expected! I will be going back again in the future for more embroidery!!! Thank you so much for doing such an impeccable job!
I contacted this store looking for a last minute school spiritwear option for my high school son. They set me up with a beautiful and high quality navy blue hoodie with gold "Mars" school sewn on applique letters. They made it quickly, and at an absolutely unbeatable price!
