They don’t even have a proper parking for this hotel. The price is very high comparing to the other hotels. The only good thing is that it is located in a prime location. Surprised to see cockroaches in the room. Many reviews were mentioned that but I never believed it.
Hopeless hotel with no proper parking, approach or identity. The rooms are badly maintained and lacks everything. More money is spent on advertisements but you will shocked to see the place if at all you can reach it on the top floor of a mall. There is not even a dedicated lift for this “hotel”. Not at all fit for families. The staff is very helpful but what is the use?
Staffs were friendly, couple friendly atmosphere, decent room service. It is inside a shopping centre so check whether that is okay w your family.
The banquet hall can accommodate 150 seats... Good for small functions... Provided us a clean and well arranged hall...we even booked 2 rooms both were clean and comfortable... The food served was good... Nb: stage decoration shown in the photos are excluded...
Appreciate the location. But the rooms are damp with no windows and sunlight. Full of cockroaches & smell. Daily cleaning is also not carried out as expected. They charge quite high as compared to room provided.
