Elle TENS

After using a friends machine on multiple occasions my husband and I recently purchased our own machine and we are so glad we went with Elle Tens. They were so helpful. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I am so grateful for the incredible customer service I received today from Ryan and Marie. I ordered an Elle Tens Plus machine from a different supplier on Monday and received no updates all week, despite reaching out to them multiple times to see when it would be posted. I was growing increasingly concerned I wouldn’t receive it in time for my birth, so I called Elle Tens Australia this morning to see if they had any in stock that were able to be posted to me asap today to ensure I have one before I go into labour. I spoke to Ryan and his empathy and compassion were on another level. He wrapped one up for me straight away and put it in the post himself to ensure I would receive it asap, which instantly alleviated my stress. He even reached out to the other supplier on my behalf to see what was going on, and it was purely because of his efforts that I finally received contact back and a refund from the other supplier. I am thankful for the positive experience Ryan and Marie gave me today.

I used the 3in1 Combo electro therapy unit to help with lower back pain following a strain from the previous week that resulted in spasms and some pain. I needed help in preparation for an upcoming Volleyball Tournament. The results were great, it helped to loosen up my lower back and accelerated the healing process. Would recommend

My husband and I have being using Elle Tens for years now and we have found them amazing. Definitely helps with the sore muscle and reduced the times we needed to see either a physiotherapist or chiropractor. Would high recommend any of their devices.
