Absolutely no customer service after the product is purchased. Delivered a defective product and then tried everything to blame us and will not properly repair or replace the defective table. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We were lucky enough to get to know this place. They carry the same product we have seen at Ashley for a cheaper price. We found the exact sectional for $1000 cheaper than ASHLEY, and we got it delivered the same day—way to go, guys. Keep up the excellent work.

Owner was very helpful and we managed to pick out a nice sectional and ottoman for our space at a wicked good price. Nice furniture at way cheaper prices than other stores. My only complaint is the delivery service. Was told a 3pm drop off so I had plans made for 5 pm and now it’s 6pm and the delivery guys are just showing up. I would have appreciated a call earlier in the day to let me know that they were going to be later than expected. Then I wouldn’t have been as upset.

we went in on a sunday to see if we could find a sectional that we loved. it took no more than 10 minutes and we found the perfect one for an amazing price!! there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, yet the lady was always around if we needed something! before we got ahead of ourselves, we needed to go home and measure our space first! we didn’t have a measuring tape, so we asked to borrow one and we would come right back! there was no hesitation with letting us borrow one. we paid for the couch and was told the one we wanted in the colour we wanted wasn’t going to be here until mid-july, maybe even later. we got a call about a week, maybe a week and a half later, it was here! we love it so so much and we will definitely be recommending elites home furnishings to everyone!!

My husband and I got a sectional here last week after we saw my brother and his wifes beautiful new couch set they got from here. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of the product. Their prices are great as well, as we had been searching for the right couch for our space and for the right price for about a year. Everything we had been looking at elsewhere for this level of comfort and size was double the price. The owner went out of his way on a Sunday after hours to make sure we coule pick up our couch since my husband works away. We will be back for future furnishing, thank you!
