Elevate at Pena Station Apartments

The management that took over 11/1/2021 tried real hard but always falls short. Never ever say hi or acknowledge you. especially when in the same room. When you get evicted, AMC Group will throw all your stuff in a parking spot to inconvenience current residents (I mean every little item in the apartment in the street). Current management has no regard for current residents when they do this. Leaves trash out which brings rodents, the smell and this place looks like trash. Wonder who will sign a new lease when this place looks like a dumpster? 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Love living at these apartments. I initially moved in with the old management company with a 6 month lease. A year and a half later I am renewing my lease for as long as possible. New management have been really cool and strive for community togetherness. Anyone that writes a negative reviews skew the new management poorly yet the issue is really respect of the property. When old management was bought out it left the residents that were friendly w the staff bitter. The residents stopped picking up after their dogs, parked cars that dont even run in the lot, littered in the buildings, ect. Residents have made a HUGE work load for the new team. Interacting w all the new staff and treating then with respect goes a long way. They are currently making improvements to control parking issues, packages issues, and the hot tub. Any new resident would be lucky to live here.

I want to share, as a vacating resident, I have loved living at Elevate at Pena Station. Yes it was and has been uncomfortable with the management transition. The new managers in the office have been more communicative with in the last few months with news letters and updates.

Things were different when new management took over - but, that doesn’t necessarily mean negatively. Change is always hard! We all love Gino and Kristen- I must say that Caitlin and Ciarra really helped me out in my final months living here. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for doing everything you can do to help me and the community.

The previous management was amazing and the location is nice however… the new management and the district manager Janeen are very unprofessional!! They also don’t keep up with the property anymore and were rude when we brought up concerns. We moved out and do NOT recommend this place to live!!
