Took my daughter here for some treatment (I was referred here from another office in Warton). She had a great experience. She had to undergo sedation and needed some teeth extracted. They did a great job. I will probably bring my nephew here too. Thank you!
I would highly recommend coming here. My child had quite a bit of cavities that needed to be fixed and they did a great job.
I was debating to post anything on here but I decided too so in the future parents are aware. After my daughter had her procedure done with her teeth on the drive home she started saying how mean they treated her back there and how she never wanted to go back to that place. I took it into consideration that she was still groggy from her procedure and later once the sedation wore off if she happen to mention anything again i would call and talk to someone about what she had been telling me. So anyhow the office ended up calling me asking about how she was feeling which was about 30 mins later after leaving the dentist office and I told her she was asleep at the moment and since I had her on the phone I went ahead and told her what my daughter was saying. She really didn't know what to say at the moment but stated she would call back after she spoke to whomever my daughter was with back there. I ended up getting a call back and was given the Dr's personal cell phone number to call if I had any questions later on. So time goes by and my daughter is fully awake and back to her normal self around 6 that evening. With no questions being asked I was waiting to see if she had the same story from earlier... WELL YES INDEED SHE DID!!! She went on saying how she doesn't EVER want to go back to that place cause they were so mean to her telling her to shut up and covering her mouth with their hand!!!! After she continues to tell me this, I ended up calling the Dr's personal number that was given to me and talking to her about what my daughter was STILL saying after being FULLY AWAKE. Now her story assured me they would NEVER treat anyone like that and she's sorry that she had such a bad experience but they do hallucinate. She said it would be better off if I took my daughter elsewhere cause from the start she was a little emotional and the job wasn't easy with the amount of work needed to be done. Well ma'am I understand that BUT why in the world would my daughter wake up and start saying this type of stuff? I told her I did notice cameras where I was able to go in with her but were there cameras in the rooms where the procedure takes place? She said she would have to get with the owner on that cause she was not sure and let me know something along with a referral number to another dr cause she thinks my daughter would have to be put to sleep with an IV the next time anything is done since she didn't do so well with the sedation. I still have not heard anything back almost a week later. I would think with it being a Kid Dentistry it wouldn't matter how big or small of a job is needed, they are licensed professionals to get the job done!! ***Not to mention I wish I would have taken pictures when I was 1st able to see my daughter.
Child friendly environment. Clean and staff is professional and amazing with children.
We love this place. The doctors are always good with the kids. Front and back girls are always super friendly. My kids look forward to coming here each checkup
