We’ve been ordering here for 3 years. Hands down the best Indian food in town - packed with flavor and spice.
I came in late to order biriyani, tandoori chicken and a lamb dish. When I got home the tandoori chicken was not in the order but they were already closed. I called the next morning to inform them and to try and get a replacement. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude asking why I didn't call them last night. When I tried to explain that by the time I noticed they were closed he said that it did not matter and that I should've called and let them know immediately. I asked if I could get a credit and he said I could come pick it up now. When I tried to explain I would not be able to come and get it he became rude once again blaming me for their mistake. I then told him he could keep the credit but I would not be back. The food I did receive was kinda good but the customer service was terrible.
We ordered several veg / non-veg appetizers/entrees for a party , and every single one was great (especially chicken/lamb sekwa and samosa. Biryani, veg fried rice, and panneer butter masala were also great)! The customer service was also excellent. The manager did not try to upsell, and even gave suggestions on reducing the quantity based on the number of guests. All the food trays were mostly empty at the end of the party - to me, that's a true sign of good food!
I almost never review food places but this was very strange. Food tasted fine until I noticed my naan was really tough. Found out I was pulling a balloon stuck in the dough. Not sure if this is a food service finger glove, or something else.. it's possible this was an accident but it was pretty disgusting.
NO Buffet guys too bad. Friendly crowd, portions are good
