Edwards Mill Townhomes and Apartments

I absolutely loved living at Edwards Mill. The maintenance team was very prompt and addressed our issues quickly and efficiently. The management (Emilia in particular) was always available and questions were answered quickly. The townhomes were recently updated with new windows, paint and countertops. We enjoyed many summer days at the pool and walks through the greenway at the front of the community. It is a great location and I felt close to all amenities as well as the NCMA walking trail and Crabtree Mall. I was so sad to move out but my family needed an extra bedroom when our kiddo was born. I cannot recommend this complex enough!

The easiest move-in ever ! Great prices and great staff. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming customers looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Edward’s Mill Townhomes and apartments , it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! Deven helped find my new home and made moving in less painful by her being knowledgeable and professional ! Thank you all so much !

Toured the community searching for a one bedroom and was helped by the Assistant Manager Deven. She was so knowledgeable, the grounds and homes were beautifully and the only reason I couldn’t lease was because there are no one bedroom available in my timeframe. She made sure to inform to to constantly check the website for changes. Very professional, I would definitely recommend, and I am still currently checking the website.

Love living here. Pet friendly. Neighbors and community events are enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet. The team responds to our needs within 24 hours!

I had a tour scheduled for today at noon. Upon arrival, there was a sign in the door that said will return at 12:30. I called the office & left a message, but did not get a call back, so I waited a few. A young lady returned to the office & had a brief conversation with a person parked in the lot 2 spaces from me. She then unlocked & entered the rental office. I got out of my vehicle & walked back to the office & the sign was still there. I knocked on the door, but no response. After about 15 minutes, she unlocked the door. Needless to say, I did not tour the property & left upset. Again, if this is any indication of what to expect in the rental market in NC, this is going to be a disappointing journey.
