We built a two tier retaining wall in our backyard and Kieth was helpful from the beginning right until the end of the project. He helped us determine how much material would be needed, ensured we knew how to do the project properly and let us return the product we didn’t need. The delivery drivers were also very friendly and careful with our tiny driveway. We spent time calling around town before and they were also easily the best priced. Thank you and we will be back!

Ok after a bit of confusion about my order, the manager called me and arrange a solution to best accommodate my needs. Sometimes problems happen. I was just very happy that the manager reach out to understand the problem and find a solution that would work for both of us. Reason why I gave 5 start. Communication goes a long way.

As a first time, new build, DIY-er, trying to design and execute a full landscape project, I was immediately impressed with the presentation centre displaying a variety of options and layouts. Keith greeted us inside with a smile and heard out my landscaping dreams and took the time to understand what I really wanted to accomplish. He contributed alternate recommendations while explaining processes using the material, supplies and equipment. And items are in stock! He really took the time to answer every question and add suggestions based on his own experience. I was blown away by the customer service, friendly and helpful attitude and overall professionalism without feeling rushed. Very HAPPY to support this business and refer to others!
