Moved here from novi ridge apt. And I am extremely happy with the move. Quit and friendly neighbors and maintenance workers. They are also quick to fix problems for you love it.

All the new reviews are from their other properties. What are they trying to cover up

The new management is horrible. Everyone living here I have spoken to have the same opinion. Not renewing my lease here. Very expensive and extremely poor service. You can look at all the recent reviews.

Terrible. I would never recommend that anyone move in here. The office staff is terrible. They’re rude, disrespectful, impatient, and above all unhelpful. The maintenance staff is completely incompetent. I don’t feel comfortable with them coming into my apartment for any reason at any time. Every resident I’ve spoken to shares the same opinions. The (new) management is horrible and straight up unfair. I’d advise anyone to pay attention to the date of all of these reviews. The new management took over under a year ago. Many people have had issues with communication of new leases vs old leases and have had to pay for it. As for the apartment units themselves. They are extremely dated with no upkeep or improvements. Appliances are also very dated. I’ve lived here with minimal complaints for years until about a year ago when the new management took over. I’m currently preparing to move out and can’t wait wait to get out. If you want to be unhappy, this is you’re place.
