Eden Catering is a bad food provider company; from its services, rude & non-friendly staff, food taste, food quality, cleanliness, pricing, and all. Went to its branches at UM and EPF KWASA; both also provide me bad experiences. Nothing good about Eden Catering. I guess its a bad reputation to EPF KWASA because of its cafeteria operated by Eden Catering. Very low standard of cafeteria compared to EPF corporate image.
Seriously don't bother to send them any inquiry, they are too slow in their response even when you are chasing them. Their website menu is just for show, their coordinator will tell you it has changed now but won't bother to send you their new one. Worst experience ever!
Bad service you are providing at kwasa cafe, & it’s been months, i’m still waiting for that ‘good taste’. A real dissapointment.
This is my first time of order from this caterer, the foods are delicious, especially the aglio olio. Delivery was punctual, able to set up the table and deco one day earlier, conclusion, foods was nice, people are great, satisfied and will come back again. good job
