I just helped my old roommate move into her first apartment ever. It's a rental location in River Falls, WI. She previewed the apartment by herself and didn't really know what to look for. She is now stuck in this lease for a year. Upon my arriving I noticed that mold is growing in multiple rooms of the house. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink and the WHOLE sink fell off the wall. The water coming out of the shower head was brown. I told her I was going to check the windows because it's not something you really think to check. Seeing the windows they look nice but the second I touched the ones in the living room THEY FELL OUT OF THE WALL. All of the doors are damaged. The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom is bubbled over. She is now stuck paying $1,000 a month. This company flat out helps SLUMLORDS take advantage of young individuals excited for their first place alone. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am beyond furious. How could anyone be okay with taking money from people for something like this. Also not to mention they told her it was a "newly renovated apartment". I am extremely sad for her and beyond disappointed and disgusted with the things I've experienced within the first 30 min of being in this building.

The best landlords I've ever had! They're very responsive to any issues you might have and are more than willing to work with any issues that come up, such as late rent payments due to life happening. These folks are really friendly, and I look forward to continuing to rent from them in the years to come!
