For someone with high dental anxiety and fear I am so happy to found Easy dental in Dallas, All the staff are wonderful. Dr is kind and gentle and Bridget is amazing inserting my crowns. All procedures have been as painless as possible. My comfort is one of their top priorities as well as caring for my oral health. I no longer fear going to the dentist. My anxiety level is now zero. this is a new location and these women really made me feel so welcomed and home. i am a very anxious person and have had trouble with my mental health for years. this was my first time in YEARS coming to the dentist and this was the best visit ive ever had. i started my treatment plan to get me back on track with a flexible payment plan and work done in the same day!! if you need a close and professional dentist to start or continue your journey, this is the place! special thank you to my lovely dentist Kirandeep Sandhu and lovely assistant Janell W. I was a patient shopping for a new dentist. Came across Easy Dental. Decided to call and inquire. One of the BEST calls I've ever made. Janell answered and I was immensely amazed!! Her knowledge and exceptional customer service skills were impeccable. She definitely impacted my decision to utilize Easy Dental.

I am not a patient here but I just had to leave a review based on their customer service!! I called Easy Dental to get a new patient appointment for my daughter. She has a baby molar that has been bothering her all week - Janell’s customer service is absolutely astounding. She was so patient with me and all my questions. She even helped me sort out my insurance, which is sadly not accepted. If my insurance had been accepted, I would have immediately booked an appointment based off Janell’s service alone.
