I ordered a time delay module for my humvee. Their web page lists pictures of a module with the part number on the part itself. They also list the oem part number in the description. If you scroll to the bottom you'll have a choice to buy new or used. When I received my new module is was a generic no brand name without any oem part number. You can purchase the same part from eBay for much cheaper. The shipping was also very expensive. I spoke with the manager regarding the deceiving listing, he tried telling me they do not have a new old stock part. So, if you want a factory part I would order elsewhere. I also mentioned he should consider changing the picture on his website to reflect the aftermarket part., he didn't seem to care.

Did a recent order on multiple items and at first the shipping was calculated at a very high price. A quick phone call and some emails solved the problem, and I was able to get different items such as filters and chains consolidated into 2 separate shipping boxes at a reasonable cost. If you are ordering multiple items, pick up the phone as they do need to fix their website that calculates shipping. I have had good experiences with Eastern and the employees working with them. This was not a big order but I still got personalized service. Thanks Bill and Dave.

I wish they would update their shipping charges online for getting things to Alaska to make online shopping easier, but they are usually a pleasure to do business with if you just call, however I was just recently left on hold for half an hour till they closed and then it auto cut off. Can’t get through to anyone calling back and forced to leave a voicemail. What kind of customer service is that? Lol come on. I shop here all the time. That wasn’t very nice. I was ready to buy parts too. :/

Eh, first military parts company I've ever had negative experience with. I canceled an order that was not yet shipped with them but they still insist I have to pay a 30% restocking fee no acceptions That's roughly about $340 gone. I can understand if the items were already shipped out away from facility but they were still at facility. Update: Still haven't received my refund. Again, a company charges 30% restocking fee but can take their time to give you your money back.

Recently bought a Humvee hood from there and am EXTREMELY happy with the entire transaction. Spoke to Dan via phone and text and he was very professional and helpful. Hood was crated very nicely for shopping and received it without damage. He even threw in a hat for me. I will certainly be using them again in the future for other orders.
