I was very anxious as I hadn't been to a hairdresser in about 9 maybe more years due to mental health etc. Not only was Nyra so understanding of this, she was gentle with the fact I was box colouring and cutting my own hair. The only thing I'd love to see is a longer head massage—it was so relaxing that I didn't want it to end!
