Jim stroph is a number 1 driver. He made sure that all our need for filled with kindness, patience and promptness.. He was the best. This is our 2nd year with him and hope to have him again .

Friendly, Prompt, and a pure delight Jim has been our driver for a couple years and we are always glad to see he will be our driver

We just loved Jim as our tour guide!!! He provided us with so much information and was so polite putting up with us Texas ladies!!

Eddie was extremely knowledgeable on the city, hilarious and a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommend and will be requesting him again!

We were picked up promptly after disembarking from the plane and whisked off to our hotel. We didn't have to wait in the never ending taxi lineup that I dread when coming to Las Vegas. Our driver, Jim, was a pleasure to drive with as he updated us to the current goings on of the city. Jim understands what service is all about Vehicle was clean and new.

Horrible booked the largest bus which I was told was enough for 45-48 we had 35 not everyone had a seat it was basically our post wedding reception drinks purchased the day before not iced down properly so they were hot , driver took the longest route possible to get to the sign to meet us and I was supposed to be 5:30-8:30 driver ended at 7:15 saying they picked up early but they did not! We ended up paying over 800 bucks for 1 hour and 45 min didn’t even make it up and down the strip once tons of left over alcohol we had to toss due to ice issues and poor communication by the company it was really the biggest bummer to have 35 people come to Vegas for a wedding and get cheated out of a resection and a planned good time due to the lack of communication and poor execution on this company’s part totally not worth the money especially since we also bought the alcohol and had to get our own ice 🥵🤬🤬🤬🤬EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!! There’s lots of options in Vegas I would def read reviews and shop around! Pics show not enough seating and cramped spaces oh yea and not good a/c everyone was sweating!

Mohamed is the absolute best driver! Thank you so very much for helping to make our night the best experience possible! We were celebrating a bachelorette party and he had excellent recommendations and was friendly, kind and professional. This limo experience was the highlight of our trip and a night we’ll never forget. Thanks for being so sweet and wonderful Mohamed! Would 10/10 recommend this company and driver!

Our limo driver, David, was amazing! It was the perfect ending for our family vacation in Las Vegas! He took us down the strip, to the Las Vegas sign for a photo, the volcano 🌋 at the mirage, the fountains at the Bellagio, the sphere, and more! Thank you for everything David! You were and are exceptional!

We (party of 9) booked a private trip out to the west rim of the Grand Canyon via Hoover dam. Laz (our driver) was professional and very friendly. On time and a great driver. We booked late (10pm the night before) and the team at earth limos went out of their way on a Sunday night to make sure someone was there at 7:30am the next morning. We had to deal on email because our phones were not dialling out in Las Vegas and they were really great at making it happen. I would recommend.

While we appreciate the professionalism of the bus company and the driver we were disappointed with the lateness of the arrival of the wedding guests. After several phone conversations we were assured that a 5:30 pickup time would be plenty of time to get to the red rock canyon from our hotel. We were told that the bus would arrive at 5:15 to start loading guests and we would be on our way by 5:30... One of our vehicles was on time and the other one was not. We are sure that all of Vegas is aware of the roadwork being done for the Formula One race scheduled for October. Your company should have also been aware and reached out to us to adjust the pickup time. This was not done. Coming from across the country we had no idea this was going on, otherwise we would've adjusted the pick up time ourselves. As previously stated I expressed how stressed I was waiting in the canyon on the bus. I was waiting there for over 30 minutes for the bus with my husband and guests to arrive and our ceremony timeline was completely messed up and due to the late arrival of the party bus, my husband and I do not have that memorial first look photo and is something that we can never get back. I would like to say how professional the driver was even though he was late as well as the cleanliness of the bus. Thank you for that. I am unsure when we will get back to Vegas but all we were offered for this fiasco was an apology and a bottle of champagne next time we book a ride with Earth Limo. Not sure when we will be back but we hope we will have a better experience if we decide to book with Earth Limo again. We just wish a bit more accountability was taken for this mistake.
