Dealing with Sensorineural Hearing Loss. Tried calling to schedule appointment but latest was three weeks from now. I’ve dealt with this issue before and largely recovered. When I called my hometown ENT, the front desk person was trained to know this is a medical emergency and scheduled me immediately even though their schedule was booked. Clearly, they have not trained their front staff in this issue, which could cause people to loss their hearing forever. Quite disappointed.

After one year with ear problems, Dr Bhansali swiftly took care of my husband. Spent a great amount if time explaining everything, and called us at home to follow up. Highly recommend

Great group of professionals. Dr. B is very skilled and has patience and is a great communicator. I have only good positive things to say.

Have to take MIL every 3-4 months they are very good and patient
