Since Eagle Body Corporate has taken over from Brisdon Body Corporate I have seen a deterioration in the service provided. There has been a substantial increase in the fees and a serious decline in the services provided. Very poor value in general.

I love Eagle. Young friendly team who seem well trained. I am a new owner and the team never seem to mind me calling to ask my range of queries. When I recently attended my first AGM I was so pleased to see my manager handle some difficult situations with great mediation skills. Seems like a tough job with so many owners have different opinions. Anyway.. I just thought I would post this as I think Eagle are great and I feel like I am in good hands.

Excellent service and really responsive. We needed assistance during the floods and Eagle were all over it. I even had a call from the General Manager checking in. I have never encountered a more grossly incompetent company in my life. Anything that requires their attention is delayed and dragged out for weeks on end. I asked Eagle Body Corporate to process a simple claim through the building insurance in early October 2021. It's now the end of February 2022 and despite a plethora of follow up emails and calls to their office every couple of weeks, it's still going nowhere. It's like beating your head against a wall. If you don't want to be tearing your hair out to get a basic task completed, don't sign up with Eagle Body Corporate.
